Returns

  • Customers may request a return within 5 days of receiving the order.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
  • Products showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing parts may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please provide your order number and photos of the item for verification.
  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or by bank transfer, depending on the payment method used.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories.
  • Personal care, hygiene, or customized products (if applicable).

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment without any charges.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it can only be returned according to this Refund Policy.
